3. About Service Description

After the user's repair application is successful, according to the message content prompt, the corresponding service center will carry out product repair. The current support service sites are Beijing, Nanjing, Shenyang, Wuhan, and Guangzhou. The freight incurred in the delivery process shall be borne by the user (i.e., the round-trip freight shall be borne by the user).

4. Measures for Handling Damage to Packaging Logistics

• The user needs to properly handle the products sent for repair. We suggest adopting a transportation company with standard operation to avoid disputes such as goods damage in the later period. The user shall bear the damage to the goods sent by the user.
• Users need to indicate the cause of the defect on the product so that our engineers can quickly troubleshoot.

5. Poor Appearance Product Definition

It is mainly manifested as: deformation, collision angle, scratch, missing parts, external force damage, etc. For details, please refer to the after-sales terms in the Three Guarantees service card.
